1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the 55bat platform at 55bat.io, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the 55bat platform regardless of how they access it — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any application provided by 55bat. These terms supplement any additional rules published by 55bat for specific products, games, tournaments, or promotional campaigns. In the event of a conflict between product-specific rules and these general Terms & Conditions, the product-specific rules shall prevail for matters they address specifically; these general terms shall govern all other matters.

55bat reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where the changes are material, 55bat will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the platform or by email. Your continued use of 55bat after the effective date of any revision constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

Use of the 55bat platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while your account remains active.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by local law applicable to you personally.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person, company, or organisation.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of 55bat or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.
• You have not previously been excluded from the 55bat platform via the self-exclusion programme or by administrative action.

55bat reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during a player's relationship with the platform. Acceptable documents include Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 55bat will result in account suspension and, where applicable, return of unplayed deposit balances.

3. Account Registration

To access betting, casino, and payment services on 55bat, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. By completing registration, you warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, current, and complete.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual person may register and maintain exactly one (1) active 55bat account. The following are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension:

• Registering more than one account under the same name, email address, phone number, payment method, device, or IP address.
• Using another person's account credentials to access the platform.
• Sharing your account credentials with any other person.
• Registering a second account after a previous account has been closed, whether voluntarily or by 55bat.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes associated with your account. You must notify 55bat immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 55bat will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

3.3 Account Information Updates

You are required to keep your registered contact information — including email address, phone number, and payment method details — up to date at all times. Changes to your registered information must be submitted through the account settings panel. 55bat may require verification of any change to sensitive account information before the change takes effect.

4. KYC Identity Verification

55bat operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with internationally recognised standards for anti-money laundering (AML) and player protection. All players are required to complete KYC verification before making their first withdrawal. 55bat may also require KYC verification before processing large deposits, activating bonuses, or at any other point at our reasonable discretion.

4.1 Documents Required

• Proof of Identity: Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence showing full name and date of birth.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government document issued within the last three months showing your registered name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of your registered bKash, Nagad, or other payment account showing your registered mobile number or account name.

Documents must be clear, legible, and unedited. Altered, falsified, or illegible documents will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities. 55bat will process KYC submissions within five (5) business days of receiving complete documentation.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

55bat supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary from time to time due to technical maintenance or provider-side changes. 55bat will endeavour to provide advance notice of any scheduled payment method downtime.

5.2 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Subject to your account tier and any limits set in your responsible gaming preferences.
• Deposits are credited to your 55bat balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• 55bat does not charge any fee for deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may charge transaction fees in accordance with their own published tariffs.
• Only deposit funds that belong to you. Deposits from payment accounts registered in another person's name will be rejected and returned.

5.3 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account that has been registered to your 55bat account and verified as belonging to you personally.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals for verified bKash and Nagad accounts are typically processed within 15–30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days.
• 55bat does not charge withdrawal fees. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, maintenance windows, or where additional verification is required.
• 55bat reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for up to 72 hours for additional security or compliance checks on any withdrawal without prior notice.

5.4 Bonus Balance & Withdrawal Restrictions

Bonus credits and any winnings generated from bonus credits are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Where a player requests a withdrawal before completing their wagering requirements, the bonus balance and any associated bonus-generated winnings will be removed from the account before the withdrawal is processed. Cash balance (real money deposited by the player) that has not been mixed with active bonus play is withdrawable at any time subject to minimum amounts and verification requirements.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

55bat offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms below and any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

• Each player is entitled to claim a new player welcome bonus only once, on their first qualifying deposit.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who have completed registration and whose account is in good standing.
• 55bat reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that bonuses already credited to player accounts and being actively wagered will be honoured subject to the original terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash directly, or combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
• Where a bonus requires a promotional code, the code must be entered at the time of the qualifying deposit. Retroactive application of promotional codes is not permitted.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all 55bat bonuses are subject to a 30x wagering requirement calculated on the bonus amount received. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before any portion of the bonus balance or bonus-derived winnings becomes withdrawable. Wagering must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited unless a different expiry is stated in the specific promotion.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

55bat actively monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to lock in bonus value, systematically wagering on high-RTP games exclusively to clear wagering requirements, and creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once. Where bonus abuse is identified, 55bat reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it, suspend the account, and recover any amounts already withdrawn as a result of the abusive activity.

7. Sportsbook Betting Rules

55bat's sportsbook covers cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC Tests, Asia Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, hockey, and a range of international sports. All bets placed on the 55bat sportsbook are subject to the following rules.

7.1 Bet Placement & Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation message and the bet appears in your betting history. 55bat reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that exceed market risk limits, bets placed by accounts under review, and bets placed on suspended markets. In the event of an obvious pricing error (palpable error), 55bat reserves the right to void any bet placed at the erroneous price, regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed.

7.2 Void Bets

Bets may be voided in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed and not rescheduled within 36 hours of the original start time; the market is suspended due to a technical fault; the odds at which the bet was accepted were clearly erroneous; or the outcome cannot be determined. Voided bets are returned to your account balance in full.

7.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to brief suspension periods during key match events (wickets, boundaries, goal attempts, etc.). 55bat will not be held responsible for bets placed at odds that were displayed during a processing delay. All in-play bets are processed at the odds confirmed at the moment of acceptance, which may differ from the odds displayed at the moment of submission during periods of high market movement.

8. Casino & Live Dealer Games

55bat's casino product includes RNG-based slots, table games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat), crash and instant-win games, and live dealer tables streamed in real time from certified studios operated by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi.

8.1 Game Fairness

All RNG-based games available on 55bat are sourced from licensed and independently certified game studios. The random number generators underpinning these games are regularly audited by recognised testing agencies. Live dealer tables use physical equipment — cards, wheels, dice — dealt and operated by trained human dealers in controlled studio environments. 55bat does not manipulate game outcomes.

8.2 Technical Interruptions

In the event of a technical failure during a game round — including disconnection from the live dealer stream, software errors, or server failure — the following rules apply: incomplete rounds will be resolved using the last valid state recorded by 55bat's gaming servers; where resolution is not possible, the bet will be voided and the stake returned; rounds that have been fully completed and recorded will stand regardless of any subsequent disconnection. 55bat is not responsible for losses caused by the player's own internet connection failure.

8.3 Maximum Win Limits

Individual game providers may apply maximum win caps per round or per session. These limits are disclosed in the game information panel within each game. 55bat may also apply an overall maximum win limit of ৳5,000,000 per single game round across all casino products. Winnings exceeding this limit will be capped at ৳5,000,000 and the excess voided.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 55bat platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement authorities.

• Match-fixing and corrupt activity: Placing bets on events that you have sought to influence, fix, or manipulate in any way.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting pricing discrepancies across markets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome in a manner that violates the spirit of fair wagering.
• Bot and automated betting: Using software, scripts, or automated tools to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate platform features in any way not approved by 55bat.
• Money laundering: Using the 55bat platform to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds for the purpose of disguising the origin of illegally obtained money.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live casino games, poker, or any multiplayer product to gain an unfair advantage.
• Chargebacks and fraudulent payment disputes: Filing false payment disputes with your bank or payment provider in respect of deposits made to 55bat.
• Identity fraud: Registering under a false identity, using another person's payment method, or submitting forged KYC documents.
• Hacking and system exploitation: Attempting to access any part of the 55bat platform infrastructure that is not intended for general user access, or exploiting software bugs to gain an unfair advantage.

10. Responsible Gaming

55bat is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment and never a source of financial hardship or personal distress. All 55bat players are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings.

10.1 Available Responsible Gaming Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit to your 55bat account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. When the limit is reached, you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break of 24 hours to 6 weeks during which your account will be temporarily suspended. Cooling-off periods cannot be cancelled once activated.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from the 55bat platform. Self-exclusion periods range from 6 months to lifetime. During self-exclusion, you will not receive any marketing communications from 55bat.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the 55bat platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of 55bat or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 55bat platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the platform; frame or mirror any part of the platform without 55bat's express written consent; use any automated data collection tool on the platform; or use the 55bat brand name, logos, or trademarks in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by 55bat.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 55bat's total liability to you in connection with these Terms & Conditions — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real money deposited by you to your 55bat account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

55bat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits; loss of data; loss of goodwill; service interruptions; computer damage; or system failures — even if 55bat has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

55bat does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.

14. Account Suspension & Termination

14.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your 55bat account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawals will be processed and any active bonus balances will be removed. Real money balances will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification.

14.2 Suspension by 55bat

55bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where: the player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; we are required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order; or we determine in our sole discretion that continued operation of the account poses a risk to 55bat, other players, or the integrity of the platform.

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or by 55bat — all licences and rights granted to you under these Terms & Conditions will immediately terminate. Real money balances will be returned subject to verification requirements. Bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus play will be forfeited. All pending bets may be voided at 55bat's discretion depending on the reason for closure.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which 55bat operates. 55bat operates under an international gaming licence and is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution.

15.1 Complaints Process

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of your 55bat experience, you should first contact our support team at [email protected] or via live chat. Please provide your account username, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant transaction IDs or dates. 55bat aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within five (5) business days. Complex complaints may take longer; you will be kept informed of progress.

15.2 Escalation

15.3 Language of Disputes

All dispute correspondence between you and 55bat shall be conducted in English. 55bat may, at its discretion, provide support in Bengali as a courtesy, but the authoritative language for all dispute resolution proceedings and contractual interpretations is English.
